Product Description

Hose Advantages:

1. the hose is with excellent " permeability resistance ", after being immeraged into gasoline for 72 hours, the expansion rate will not beyond 2%. So hose can prefectly transfer gasoline without leakage.
- The NBR rubber content covers as high as 44% in both inner tube and outer tube. The high rubber content makes the hose with excellent permeability resistance.
(NBR material may only cover 37% in the hoses from other manufacturers).

2. The hose is very flexible and light-weight, so it is easy to handle during application.
- The high NBR rubber content and our unique innovated production technique makes the hose flexible and light-weight.

3. The hose is with excellent aging resistance and ozone resistance, it extends hose usage life.
- The innovated PVC/NBR blend rubber material makes the hose resist to aging and ozone prefectly.

4. We make sure every piece of hose assembly is resist to static, so it will be safe during application in service station (for hose assembly).
- How to make hose assembly resist to Static? 
1. When we are assembling the hose, we make sure steel wire layer connects well
with fittings.
2. We use Ammeter to test every piece of hose assembly during production.

5. The color will not fade (for color hose).
- After testing for many times, we concluded the best pigment ratio.

Rubber Tensile Strength - means when use a "strength" to pull the Rubber Layer until it break, this "strength" is Rubber Tensile Strength.
The Standard Tensile Strength of  Fuel Dispenser Hose for both inner tube and outer tube should be equal to or above 9.0MPA.  The Strength  for our Hose Inner Tube is 11.5MPA, the outer tube is 9.2MPA.
