Technology: Hot forging
Material: carbon steel 20# or stainless steel 304/316
Surface: zinc plated (trivalent chromium plating). The plating for hydraulic hose ferrule is zinc with Cr +3. 
It not only can reduce pollution obviously and save pollution treatment cost, but also can improve the quality of ferrule. 
It passes a 96 h salt spray test in accordance with ASTM B 117.

Applications: 
Hydraulic Hose ferrule and fitting are widely used in the hydraulic and fluid conveying system of machinery, oilfield, mine, building, transportation and other industries.

All fittings are packed in good quality strong cartons ( 5 layers corrugated) with a plastic sheet inside for protection.

In order to guarantee that even in the worst sea / maritime weather/transport conditions, the fittings shall arrive at the final destination in perfect condition without corrosion caused by sea salt and humidity.
