Product Description

DRY ICE HOSE

Super low temperature resistant, wear resistant, flexible at low temperature;
Double anti-static and anti-explosion performance;

Application: It is specially used used for transporting dry ice for spraying and cleaning, and can be applied to special sand blasting service industry of specific industrial sector.

Technical characteristics: It has double anti-static and anti-explosion at inner rubber layer and outer rubber layer. In the aspects of anti-static safety, the conductive inner and outer rubber layers can prevent from generating electrostatic charges, more reliable than metal connector connected with the conductive rubber layer, so as to avoid dangers.

The hose can resist low temperature about -60ºC, wear and dynamic bending, and is flexible at low temperature.

Anti-static standard: Outer rubber layer or inner rubber layer is conductive, with specific resistance R<10⁶ ohmm.

Structure: Inner rubber layer: Black  low-temperature resistant, wear resistant, anti-aging and anti-static synthetic rubber.

Reinforced layer: High-strength synthetic fiber braided layer;

Protective layer: Black super low-temperature resistant, wear resistant and anti-static synthetic rubber.

Appearance: Glossy, black.

Working pressure: WP 10~20 BAR; Safety factor:4 times.

Temperature: -60 to 90ºC.

Packing: Standard export packing with double protection. Available for specific length cutting and pallet package according to customer needs.
